Kick off your Halloween celebration on campus with two events Friday, October 29.
Start with the Drexel University Archives' zombie party from 3-5 p.m. The archives will be bringing their collections “back from the dead” with a hands-on conservation demo and showing off rare books and artifacts. Don't miss the zombie-themed cookies and cupcakes! The archives are located on the ground floor of Hagerty Library (33rd & Market streets).
From there, head to the Graduate Student Association/Chemical and Biological
Graduate Student Association Halloween Party from 5-9 p.m. in the Van Rensslaer Ballroom (33rd & Powelton). The theme for the costume party is Nerd Alter-Ego.
There will be music, food, adult beverages, pumpkin bowling, pie eating contest (sign up at the door),
bobbing for apples, horror movie trivia and more. GSA is our main funding source, so please take the opportunity to check out one of their events.
