Thank you everyone who came out for the Back to School Ice Cream Social on September 21st! It was great having an opportunity to meet so many new students and hear about why they decided to come to Drexel to pursue their degrees.
Now that the first week of classes has ended and everyone has had time to get used to their new schedules, SCALA wanted to check in with the folks we met at the social, as well as anyone else who might be reading this post, to reiterate a question that we asked while overindulging in pizza and ice cream--what kinds of activities or events would you like SCALA to sponsor during the 2012-2013 academic year? Is there a library you would like to visit, for instance? What about a topic you would like to learn more about through an on-campus lecture or a webinar?
